1. Order Processing time
All orders for our premium modern area rugs are meticulously processed and dispatched from our local USA warehouses within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

2. Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
We offer complimentary expedited shipping to all contiguous US states. Our trusted logistics partners generally fulfill deliveries within 3 to 5 business days after the initial processing phase.

3. International Delivery
Currently, WALMER GLOBAL focuses exclusively on enriching modern American homes. We do not offer international shipping at this time to maintain our high standard of supply chain execution.

4. Order Tracking
Once your luxurious carpet is en route, you will automatically receive an email with an active tracking URL. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking portal to reflect live movement.
