We stand profoundly
behind the aesthetic and functional quality of every WALMER GLOBAL carpet. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery timestamp to
request a full return.
2. Conditions of Return
To be eligible for a
return, the rug must be in its original condition, securely repackaged, and completely free of pet
hair, stains, or harsh odors. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error will be denied refund execution.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received
at our facility and inspected, we will send you an email detailing the approval or rejection of your
refund. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
within 5 business days.
